How quickly will EddBot be set up on my server?
We aim to get back to you within 24 hours of receiving your application and payment. Most setups are completed the same day. We'll walk you through connecting EddBot to your Discord and configuring it for your server.
What if I upgrade my server slots later?
Just let us know on Discord and we'll move you to the right plan. You'll only pay the difference for the current billing period. Downgrading works the same way.
What platforms does EddBot support?
EddBot is built for console DayZ servers (Xbox and PlayStation) hosted on Nitrado. It uses the Nitrado console API to read server logs, manage files, and control your server. PC DayZ servers are not currently supported.
What maps are supported?
EddBot supports Chernarus, Livonia, Sakhal, Namalsk, Deer Isle, Takistan, Esseker, Banov, and more. Exploit detection thresholds are automatically adjusted per map. If your map isn't listed, just let us know and we'll add support.

Can I run EddBot on multiple servers?
Yes! Each server needs its own subscription. Just submit one form per server. Each server gets its own independent configuration, economy, stats, and dashboard.
How do the Combat NPCs work?
EddBot comes with 3 pre-loaded NPC types: Mercenary, Raider, and Ghillie Sniper. Each one is a fully-armed AI survivor with a unique loadout. Players purchase them using in-game credits via Discord, choose the spawn coordinates, and the NPC appears on the next server restart. It creates PvP hotspots, drives your economy, and gives players something valuable to spend credits on. Admins install them with one click from the web dashboard — no XML editing needed.
Is my Nitrado API token safe?
Your API token is stored securely and only used to connect EddBot to your Nitrado server for log parsing and server control. It is never shared with third parties or used for anything outside of EddBot's features.
